Altyn Emel is a unique place. Here you can find a huge variety of plants and animals, some of which are rare species, found only in these lands and listed in the Red Book of Kazakhstan. The chalk mountains of Aktau, which, thanks to their mineral composition, have white, pink, green, red, and blue colors.
But that's not all: within the park's territory, there is a dune called the "Singing Barkhan". It got its name not in vain: when the wind blows in the steppe, sounds resembling an organ are produced. After hearing this symphony of sands once, you will never forget it!
